New Yorkshire Terrier Design

Yorkie-Illustration-300sm

My newest Posh Pet Digs design: Cutting hedge portraiture of your favorite pets! A sweet little Yorkie in a topiary barrel chair complete with footstool! I love incorporating various flowers into my designs and I have been inspired by the architectural quality of orchids for quite some time. This arrangement seemed to fit the design. Wouldn’t it be fun to look outside and see this in your garden?!

This design will soon be available on notecards, linen guest towels, linen cocktail napkins, lavender sachets, limited edition pillows and limited edition prints at michellemasters.com

We love the newest doggie (as usual) … Julia is wondering what medium you use to make your topiary drawings? I’m sure you have it explained somewhere on your site … I’ll look for it 😉

Hey Anna! I don’t think I have addressed what medium that I use for the topiary designs- so thanks for asking! Typically I sketch until I have a design that I like and then I do a light pencil outline. Transparent watercolor and pencil is what I use primarily after that.

What a cute picture. This will be adorable on just about anything. The only thing that would make it better would be a kitty on the seat. 😉

This is adorable! I wish I had a topiary like that.
